Basti Karma
Basti Therapy is one of the five principal Panchakarma detox procedures and is considered the most effective treatment for Vata disorders. It involves the administration of medicated herbal oils or decoctions through the rectal route under strict clinical supervision. WHAT IS BASTI THERAPY?
Basti is a specialized therapeutic procedure where medicated herbal oils (Anuvasana Basti) or herbal decoctions (Niruha Basti) are administered rectally to eliminate aggravated Vata Dosha.
